The Cromwell Mk. IV "HELA" tank with the exact markings of the famous command tank of General Stanisław Maczek of the 1st Armored Division (Black Devils) of the Polish Armed Forces fighting alongside the Allies. Carefully reproduced from 544 bricks, the 1:35 scale set has been designed to complement our figures. All elements of historical markings and details are high quality prints! There are no stickers in the set. Tank features include: an opening hatch, engine access, movable turret, rotating gun and working tracks. There is also a sign with the name of the famous tank.
The set contains a very carefully designed exclusive figure. General Stanisław Maczek (1892-1994) was an early proponent of Polish armored weapons, a hero of World War II, a prominent commander of the 1st Polish Armored Division of the Polish Army, made famous during the fighting at Falaise during the invasion of Poland by the Allies in the Normandy 1944 and the liberation of Breda in the Netherlands. He was also decorated with the Order of the White Eagle and was an honorary citizen of the Netherlands.
